Product Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that:
- All natural gemstones are accurately represented and sourced from trusted suppliers.
- All lab-grown diamonds are genuine diamonds created using CVDor HPHT technology and possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
- We do notsell moissanite or any other diamond simulants unless clearly identified.
- Every certified diamond is supplied with its original IGIor GIA grading report (where applicable).
Quality Assurance
Before shipment, every gemstone and diamond is carefully inspected to ensure it matches its listed specifications, including:
- Weight (carat)
- Dimensions
- Shape and cut
- Color and clarity (where applicable)
- Certification details (if applicable)
Diamonds with laser inscriptions can be verified against their grading reports.
Warranty Coverage
NamieGems warrants that all products are authentic and accurately described at the time of sale.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged during transit, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
