At NamieGems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every gemstone and lab-grown diamond before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All original certificates, grading reports, and documentation (if applicable) are included.
  • The item shows no signs of damage, misuse, or modification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original certification or documentation.
  • Products marked as Final Saleor Non-Returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the product, and the packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an incorrect shipment or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as NamieGems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
