Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At NamieGems, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible full-priced items. Returns and exchanges are accepted without a restocking fee, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, documentation, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.
- Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Loose Stones
Loose stones are shipped in sealed, transparent gem packaging. For quality assurance, returns cannot be accepted if the protective seal has been broken or removed. Loose lab-grown diamonds are eligible for exchange only.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Special-order items.
- Products that have been modified or altered after purchase.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Any product identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If the replacement item has a higher price, the remaining balance must be paid before the replacement is shipped.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Request a Return Authorization
Email NamieGems.ca@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions.
Step 2 – Ship Your Return
Securely package your item and send it using a trackable shipping service.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that returned merchandise remains the sender’s responsibility until it has been received and signed for by our warehouse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly review your claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Multiple Item Orders
If multiple products are purchased with the intention of keeping only one and returning the remainder, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 30% on the returned item(s). This policy helps us maintain product quality and inventory standards.
